The Village of Pewaukee Village Board has adopted a new Short Term Lodging Ordinance which can be viewed by clicking the blue link. If you are operating a short-term rental you will be required to fill out the Yearly Transient/Short-Term Lodging Application, pay the fee, and submit the completed form to the Village Hall.
The application and fee will be a yearly requirement.
The license period begins January 1 through December 31 each year and an application must be submitted before November 15th.
