- Read and agree to the disclaimer and submit proof of residence (if required) to license_permits@villageofpewaukeewi.gov. The requestor understands the Village will check the name and address against the utility bill. If the requestor's name is not on the utility bill, proof of residency will need to be emailed to license_permits@villageofpewaukeewi.gov. The requestor understands the Village will mail the yard waste tag within 2-3 business days of receiving the request. The Village is not responsible if the tag is lost in the mail. There is not a replacement option. A new tag must be purchased at the regular price.
