The Department of Public Works is now accepting applications for PART-TIME SEASONAL HELP

The Village of Pewaukee is seeking motivated individuals over 18 years of age for temporary employment through the month of November; focusing on aquatic plant collection, and village ground maintenance. Duties may vary but will generally be dedicated to harvesting and collecting lake weeds, and maintenance of Village properties and buildings. Must be willing to work outside all day in most weather conditions. 

Applicants must possess the ability to operate aquatic plant harvesting and collecting watercraft, drive a truck and trailer combination, and operate small machinery such as zero-turn lawnmowers. Wisconsin law requires those born on or after January 1, 1989, to pass a boater safety course and to carry a boater education card.

Hours are flexible between 7 am – 3 pm, Monday through Friday. The starting rate of pay for the position is $16.00 per hour.
