The Village of Pewaukee has not submitted an application to dedicate a portion of the railroad as a quiet zone because the sealed corridor project has not been completed as of yet. The DOT is the lead agency regarding this project; not the Village.
The Village Board discussed the quiet zone at the April 18, 2023 meeting in item 8c.
