The Village of Pewaukee is a proud participant in the Shop With Cops program. This program offers children (in grades 5K- 5th grade) the opportunity to shop with police personnel for holiday gifts for their families. Children will go with law enforcement officers to Walmart and then be treated to breakfast with officers, dispatchers, and Santa. This is a unique opportunity for children to develop a relationship with law enforcement personnel that will hopefully serve to make a lasting impression on their lives. We are able to offer this program to families at no cost because of donations, fundraisers, and volunteers. Shop with Cops was developed with the idea of helping children from our communities whose families may be facing financial challenges during the holiday season. If you are interested in having your child or children participate in this year’s event, you can pick up a registration form from the Village of Pewaukee Police Department, Village of Hartland Police Department, or City of Delafield Police Department during regular business hours.
