REGARDING THE PROPOSED PROJECT PLAN AND DISTRICT
BOUNDARY FOR TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT (TID) NO. 3
IN THE VILLAGE OF PEWAUKEE, WISCONSN

6. Overview of purpose and description of the TID being created.
7. Set next meeting of March 9, 2021 for approval of the Tax Incremental District No.3.
8. Adjourn.

The purpose of this meeting is to organize the Joint Review Board to review the proposed plan and district
boundary for the Village of Pewaukee Tax Incremental District No. 3, pursuant to Section 66.1105 of the
Wisconsin Statutes. This meeting should be concluded in less than 1 hour. The Village of Pewaukee has
contracted with Robert W. Baird & Company to assist in the creation of the project plan listed above. If
you have any further questions about the duties of the Joint Review Board or want to discuss this project
before the meeting, you may contact Scott Gosse, Pewaukee Village Administrator at 262-691-5660.

Note: It is possible that members and/or possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; action will not be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in the notice.
