Late Fees: 3% for all services, minimum charge of $0.50
Late fees will be added to unpaid balances the day after the due date. Failure to receive a bill does not waive customer's responsibility to pay the bill by due date or exempt a customer from receiving late fees. Any unpaid balances as of October 31st will be put to the tax bill annually on November 15th with a 10% penalty.
