Police Services

The Village of Pewaukee Police Department offers many services.  Permits, payments and services can be handled at the Police Department located.

THERE IS NO PARKING ON ANY VILLAGE STREET OVERNIGHT WITHOUT A PERMIT

Parking Permits:

Parking is enforced daily between 2 am and 6 am. To park overnight on the street a quarterly parking permit is required and may be purchased at the police department for $30 + tax ($31.50) during regular business hours.

  • Quarter 1: January 1 - March 31
  • Quarter 2: April 1 - June 30
  • Quarter 3: July 1 - September 30
  • Quarter 4: October 1 - December 31

Up to three (3) times per month a resident may call the overnight parking line at 262-691-5678 option 3 to avoid a parking ticket.  All parking rules and regulations still apply (See Overnight Parking tab on the left).  If you have further parking questions or issues please call our police department during regular business hours.

Fingerprinting:

The Police Department processes fingerprints at a charge of $30.  These processes can be completed digitally or using ink. 

This service is available Monday - Friday 7 am to 3 pm on a first come first serve basis based on officer availability.  At this time, appointments are not taken.  

Preliminary Breath Test (PBT):

The Police Department requires a one-time fee of $20 to be paid to perform the test as needed.  This service is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.  Payment of fee must be done Monday - Friday 7 am to 3 pm.

Open Records Requests/Accident Reports/Copies:

To file an open records request please call 262-691-5678 option 2, come into our office to complete an open records request form, or e-mail your request to the Police Clerk.

  • Black and white copies = $0.25/page
  • Copies to a disc = $5.00/disc
  • Colored photo copies = $1.00/page
