Sec. 54.114. Loitering in school and playground areas.
No person not in official attendance or on official school business shall enter into, congregate, loiter, wander, stroll, stand or play in any school buildings or in or about any adjacent playground area within the Village of Pewaukee between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on official school days.


Sec. 54.129. Curfew.
Curfew hours means:
(1) 11:00 p.m. on any Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday until 5:00 a.m. of the following day; and
(2) 12:01 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. on any Saturday or Sunday.


Sec. 54.130. Sale or gift of cigarette or tobacco products.
Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, stogies, smoking tobacco, tobacco in any form, including but not limited to granulated, plug cut, crimp out ready rolled, fine cut chewing tobaccos, snuff tobacco, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco and any other kinds or forms of tobacco prepared in a manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking or both.
(c) Possession of cigarettes and tobacco products by students and persons under 18 years of age in school buildings or upon school property prohibited. No person under the age of 18 and no person enrolled as a student in the Pewaukee School District may possess any cigarette or tobacco product at any time inside any building or on any property owned, leased or used by a public school in the village.


(d) Use of cigarettes and tobacco products in school buildings or upon school property prohibited. No person may smoke, light, ingest, chew, inhale or otherwise use any cigarette, tobacco product or smoke from a cigarette or tobacco product at any time inside any building or on any property owned, leased or used by a public school in the village


Sec. 54.131. Truancy.  
Truant means a pupil who is absent from school without an acceptable excuse under Wis. Stats. §§ 118.15 and 118.16(4), for part or all of any day on which school is held during a school semester.
54.132 SEX OFFENDER LOITERING (a) It shall be unlawful for any sex offender as defined in section 2(b) above to loiter or prowl within 500 feet of any school or school property, recreational trail. playground or park, any specialized school for children including, but not limited to, gymnastics academy, martial arts academy, dance academy, music school, public beach or public library in a place at a time or in a manner not usual for law abiding individuals under circumstances that warrant alarm for the safety of children in the vicinity. Among the circumstances which may be considered in determining whether such alarm is warranted is the fact that the actor takes flight upon appearance of a law enforcement officer, refuses to identify himself or herself or manifestly endeavors to conceal himself or herself or any object.




Section 54.133 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Pewaukee Concerning Possession of Drugs
