The mission of the Village of Pewaukee Police Department is to enhance the quality of life in the Village of Pewaukee by working cooperatively with the public to enforce the law, preserve the peace, reduce the fear of crime, and provide for a safe environment.
Our agency consists of dedicated and experienced law enforcement professionals and support staff who are here to be a reliable resource in times of need. During an emergency always utilize 911. During non-emergency events, please contact the Waukesha County Communications Center at (262)446-5070 to have an officer contacted. This agency is an intricate part of the community, and officers are on-duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The police department normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 6am to 8pm. You are welcome to stop at the department and/or call to speak directly with an officer, clerk, or supervisor. The administrative number is (262)691-5678 ext. 227.

Highway Safety Enforcement
The Village of Pewaukee Police Department will be participating in various dedicated "highly visible enforcement saturation patrols" to improve the motoring public safety. These patrols will occur at various times and dates beginning in October 2012 and ending in September 2013. The focus of these patrols is to address safety belt usage, speeding violations, intoxicated motor vehicle operations, and other offenses relative to roadway safety. Please remember to obey all traffic laws while traveling in the Village of Pewaukee and throughout the State of Wisconsin.
